How to get started with a RideCall account

What you need to use RideCall, and how sign-in works in the app and on the website.

Your RideCall profile connects your rides, tracking history, posts, chats, badges, and subscription in one place. With it you can use the app on your phone and sign in to the website when you want to review your dashboard.

Where a profile is created

Profiles are created and managed mainly through the RideCall mobile app. Once you have an account, you can use the same credentials to sign in on the website.

The website is meant for access to information, profile data, the dashboard, and public resources. Core actions such as tracking, live location, and joining rides happen in the mobile app.

What is stored in your profile

Your profile collects data that makes RideCall personal to you:

  • name and basic profile information;
  • city, country, and riding level;
  • profile photo and bio;
  • organized and joined rides;
  • tracking history and total kilometers;
  • badges, challenges, and leaderboards;
  • notification and privacy settings.

Signing in on the website

You can sign in on the website only if you already have a RideCall profile. After sign-in you will see parts of your dashboard based on available data and your active access.

If you do not see the expected information right after signing in, wait briefly and reload the page. Some data, such as tracking history or badges, may sync after your latest use of the app.

If you cannot sign in

Check that you are using the same account you signed in with in the mobile app. If you recently changed devices or signed out, first open the app and confirm that your profile is active there.

If the problem continues, check your internet connection and try again in a moment.
