RideCall
Terms of Service
Effective date: 2026-05-31 · Version 1
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the RideCall mobile application and the website ridecall.app, you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Description of the Service
RideCall provides a platform for motorcycle riders: organizing rides, route tracking, a photo feed, chat, an events calendar, badges, and challenges. Some features require an active subscription.
3. Account and Access
To use RideCall, you must create an account in the mobile app. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Web sign-in is intended for already registered users. Registration through the website is not offered in the current version.
4. Subscription and Payments
Paid features are managed through the App Store and RevenueCat. Prices, trial periods, and renewal terms are shown in the App Store before purchase. Without an active subscription, access to creating or joining rides, publishing, and ride details may be limited.
5. User Conduct
The following is prohibited:
- Using the service in a way that violates the law or the rights of others.
- Publishing illegal, abusive, or misleading content.
- Attempting to manipulate badges, challenges, or tracking data.
- Compromising the security of the platform.
6. Location and Safety
RideCall provides planning and tracking tools but does not replace the rider's personal judgment. You are fully responsible for your safety on the road and for complying with traffic laws and rules. Do not use the app in a way that distracts you while riding.
7. User Content
You retain rights to the content you upload, but you grant us a limited license to display it within the service. We may remove content that violates these terms.
8. Intellectual Property
RideCall, its logo, design, and software are the property of the developer. You may not copy, modify, or distribute parts of the service without written permission.
9. Termination
We may suspend or restrict account access for violations of these terms. You may delete your account from the app settings where that option is available.
10. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or incidents that occur while riding.
11. Governing Law and Contact
Governing law and competent courts are determined according to the operator's registration and applicable legislation. For questions: hello@ridecall.eu
