Services, service history, and reminders

How RideCall helps you track service records, repairs, inspections, and upcoming maintenance.

RideCall can help you track services and service history for your motorcycles. That is useful when you want to know when oil was changed, when an inspection is due, or what repairs were done.

What records you can track

The garage can include different types of service records:

  • service;
  • repair;
  • technical inspection;
  • insurance;
  • oil change;
  • other consumables or parts.

Each record can be linked to a specific motorcycle, date, description, shop, and cost.

Upcoming services

When future service dates or mileage targets are entered, RideCall can show them as upcoming reminders. That makes it easier to see what is coming up for each bike.

Example: if you have a record for oil, insurance, or an annual inspection, the dashboard can show when the next important date is.

History by year

Yearly records help you view maintenance in context: what was done in a given year and for which motorcycle. That is convenient for planning costs, preparing for the season, or selling a bike.

Good practices

  • Add services soon after they happen.
  • Use clear descriptions, for example "oil and filter change".
  • Record the date and mileage when known.
  • Split records by the correct motorcycle if you have more than one.

The more organized the service history is, the more useful the garage becomes over time.
